Explore the origins of the Camphill Movement with this essential biographical collection. "The Builders of Camphill: Lives and Destinies of the Founders," edited by Friedwart Bock and published by Floris Books (2004), provides a rare look at the eleven founders, including Karl König. This out-of-print 318-page paperback features over 100 archival black-and-white photographs documenting their visionary work in curative education and intentional communities.
The book is a critical resource for those interested in Anthroposophy, Waldorf principles, and communal living history. Internally, the pages are clean, bright, and free of writing with a tight binding. The exterior shows light shelf wear, a small front corner crease, and a minor surface peel on the back cover.
